Age & Identification Requirements
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check in.
All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
A valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
The credit card holder must be present at check-in with valid ID
Deposits & Payments
A $200 credit card authorization hold will be placed at check-in to cover any incidental charges.
A valid AAA membership card must be presented at check-in to qualify for the AAA rate.
All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date for a full deposit refund.
Rate changes may apply to modified reservations.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
Pet Policy
Only dogs are permitted at Oak Ridge Inn; no other pets are allowed.
Limited pet-friendly rooms are available and require advance reservation.
A non-refundable fee of $20 is applicable per day. Guests with more than two dogs will be charged an additional $20 per day.
Each room allows a maximum of two dogs, each weighing less than 50 pounds.
A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover excessive pet mess.
Pets must be kenneled when left unattended.
Housekeeping will not service rooms with unattended pets.
Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste. Additional waste bags can be provided by our front desk staff.
Pets are not allowed in designated areas such as front desk, meeting room, and pool (excludes service animals).
Service animals are welcomed in all areas of the hotel.
Unauthorized pets in a non-pet friendly room will be charged a $250 service fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Oak Ridge Inn reserves the right to request the removal of companion pets and/or service animals from the property if they disrupt other guests or display aggressive behavior towards guests or team members

Smoking policy: Hotel is 100% non-smoking, including vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. A $250.00 fee will be applied for smoking violations.
This is a drug-free property. Any guest found using, possessing, manufacturing, or distributing illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately removed from the property and prohibited from returning. If illegal drugs are discovered in a room after a guest has checked out, that guest will be permanently banned from the property
